This interior unfolds as a subtle cultural dialogue within a contemporary urban apartment. The
project was created as a comfortable living space for a family of three during their time in
Belgrade. The visual concept is based on merging Russian and Serbian aesthetics, reinterpreted in a
modern design language.
The interior follows a contemporary approach, emphasizing warm natural tones, rich textile textures,
and expressive decorative fabrics inspired by traditional Serbian motifs.
The shared kitchen–living area opens up through panoramic windows overlooking the city’s rooftops —
this urban view sets the color palette and adds a sense of depth, visually expanding the space.
Each bedroom has its own character, reflecting the individuality of its residents while maintaining
the overall stylistic cohesion. The apartment is conceived as a living organism — flexible,
responsive to the needs of its inhabitants, able to evolve with them while preserving the harmony
and integrity of the space.
